Why does this error appear?
This message shows up when the number of active connected accounts goes over the limit included in your current plan.
A connected account can be:
A Meta Ads account
A Google Analytics 4 property
A Shopify store
A Facebook page
An Instagram Insights profile
A HubSpot account, etc.
Each of these counts as an individual account in your plan.
How do I fix it?
You can scale up your plan from your user dashboard to add more connected accounts, or buy extra connections when you need them.
Go to the admin panel and check if there are any old accounts you no longer need. Deleting those connections will free up space within your current plan limit.
When you're setting up a connection, make sure you aren't selecting multiple accounts or profiles at the same time. For example, picking several Facebook pages in one step can create multiple connections at once without you realizing it.
