If you're seeing an error message on your charts saying your free trial has expired, don't worry. Here's what it means and how to fix it in just a few steps.
Why am I seeing this message?
This error pops up when your account doesn't have an active subscription on Porter Metrics anymore, so your data sources stop feeding your dashboards in Looker Studio or Google Sheets.
How do you fix it?
If you see this message in your report, you can do the following:
If your free trial has expired, you can get 14 extra days by leaving us a review:
https://www.g2.com/products/porter-metrics-porter/reviews
Once your free month is over and you've left your review, it's time to get a subscription. Here's the link:

If you're not sure how many accounts you need, here's my calendar so we can figure it out together:

Nothing is lost. Your reports, dashboards, and connections stay saved while your trial is expired. As soon as you reconnect, everything picks up right where it left off.
Double-check current pricing before you buy. Plans are billed per connected account, and there's a volume discount the more accounts you add:

Check your email in Porter Admin
Make sure the email you're using in Looker Studio is linked to an account with an active subscription on admin.portermetrics.com.
If you're using multiple emails in your browser, Looker Studio might be trying to use an account without a plan.
If you have an active plan but still see the expiration message, get in touch with us.
