# How to manage your Porter Metrics account

Find your billing, team, and connected data sources in the Porter Metrics app.

Everything about your Porter Metrics account — your plan, your team, and your connected data sources — lives in one place. Here's where to find each one in the app.

## **What you need before you start**

- A Porter Metrics account. This is created automatically the first time you connect a data source.

- Access to the Google account you used to sign in at app.portermetrics.com.

## **Step 1 — Open your account settings**

Go to [app.portermetrics.com](https://app.portermetrics.com) and sign in with Google.

In the left sidebar, click your email address in the bottom-left corner.

A menu opens with **Subscription**, **Team**, and **Logout**. Every account change starts here.

## **Step 2 — Check or upgrade your plan**

Click **Subscription** to open the **My license** tab.

If you're not on a paid plan yet, you'll see "You don't have a plan… yet" with two options: **Get a subscription** or **Talk to sales**.

If you already have a paid plan, this tab shows your price, how many accounts your plan includes, your renewal date, and a button to **Edit billing and payment**. If your license is shared by an agency or a partner, check the **Shared licenses** tab instead — it works the same way and also has a **Cancel subscription** link.

## **Step 3 — Adjust how many accounts your plan includes**

On **My license** (or **Shared licenses**), click **Manage accounts** to open **Update your subscription**.

Toggle between **Monthly** and **Annual** (annual saves 17%), then use the **−** and **+** buttons to set the number of accounts you want on your plan.

The **Includes** panel on the right lists what every plan comes with: connections to Looker Studio and Google Sheets, all data sources, unlimited dashboards, and **unlimited users** — so adding teammates in the next step never costs extra.

## **Step 4 — Add teammates to your account**

From the account menu, click **Team** to open **Members**.

Click **Add Member**, type your teammate's Google email, choose their role — the dropdown explains what each role can do — and click **Add**.

An **Admin** can add or remove members, edit billing details, and add, authorize, reauthorize, or remove accounts and data sources.

You can change anyone's role or remove them later from the same **Members** table.

## **Step 5 — Connect or reconnect your data sources**

Click **Integrations** in the left sidebar.

Under **Data sources**, you'll see every connector Porter supports — Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Instagram Insights, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Sheets, and more — each with a **Connect** button.

Click **Connect** next to the platform you want and finish the authorization in the popup window.

If a connection you already had stops syncing — usually because the platform revoked or expired the permission — come back to this same screen and click **Connect** on that connector again to refresh the authorization. This does not create a duplicate account.

## **Troubleshooting**

- **"You don't have a plan… yet" on Subscription:** your account isn't on a paid plan. Click Get a subscription and choose a plan, or Talk to sales for a custom quote.

- **"Manage accounts" looks greyed out:** your plan currently includes 0 accounts. Get a subscription first (or reach out if it's a custom/shared license) before trying to manage accounts.

- **A teammate can't edit billing or reconnect accounts:** their role under Team isn't Admin. Open Members and update their role.

- **A connected account stopped updating:** the platform likely revoked or expired the permission. Go to Integrations → Data sources and click Connect on that platform again.

- **A teammate can't see your reports at all:** they haven't been added under Team yet. Add their Google email there.
