# Re-authenticating process to all your connectors

Go to **"resource"**, then **"manage added the resources"**

Click select the datasource is failing and click on **"edit"**

Click on the link we left you to **"# accounts are unauthorized if you want to use it please go to"**

This red triangle indicates it's not working, clic on the **" refresh"** icon

Continue with your Facebook account and select **all the pages**

Give all the permisions to the connector, then click **"Done"**

Be sure the email is the one you associated with porter metrics license!

Click on **"next choose your Facebook account"**

Then select the accounts you want to report:

Click on "reconnect"

Then **"Done"**  
Finally **"Close"**
