I just bought a Porter license but my reports still don't work

First, make sure that the Gmail account you signed in with to pay is the same as on Google Data Studio.

If not the case, let us know via chat or email us at support@portermetrics.com, mentioning your license email and your Google Data Studio Gmail account so we associate one with the other.

Be aware that payments may take a few minutes to process (and confirm). We use Stripe as our payment gateway, which generally confirms immediately.

Can I turn off auto-renewal?

Yes, by default your plans will be set to automatically renew each payment cycle.

However, you can switch to manual to control your billing.

How to get my invoices?

To get invoices, please email us at support@portermetrics with the following information:

  • First name.

  • Last name.

  • Email (associate to your Porter license).

  • Company name.

  • Tax number.

  • Address.

  • Phone number.

Once we have received your information we will send it to your email address asap (generally, up to 12 hours).

Can I have a refund?

Most of the time, we don’t accept refunds as we let you use our service for free during a 14-days free trial.

Though, we understand that critical service downtimes, accidental payments, or simply a bad experience may prevent you from coming back.

We’ll be always open to review cases where refunds may apply.

To request a refund, reach out to us via chat or email us at support@portermetrics.com, mentioning the email associated with your Porter account, and the reason for the refund request. We’ll reply asap.
