If your Porter plan is running out of app accounts connected, you will see this error message:

It means that you're connecting more apps to Google Data Studio than allowed on your current Porter plan.

We recommend making an upgrade, remember that you can buy 1 app account or more for your plan. Check this article about how to make an upgrade.

Go to your Porter account and log in with Google.

Go to Manage license.

Click Reset Source Accounts.

You won't lose the information on your reports, We will reconnect automatically.

Remember: after we refresh the accounts on your Porter plan, You should only open the reports with the accounts you want to keep working with.

If you open a report, connected to the app accounts you want to delete, They will reconnect and you need to make this process again.

Heads up: if after refreshing your report the dashboards aren't working, please double-check the Google email you used to connect the data to your reports.

Only main users (aka the email used to buy. the Porter license) can refresh the app accounts.

You should refresh your source accounts from the main user, or the connection won't refresh.

If the problem persists, check the emails which have access to edit your report, You can do that by going to Share

Click in Manage access, and verify that all the emails with access to edit are associated with your license, Here is an article to check which users you have added.

If one of that users still is using a trial, They should go from the trial on his account, and the process is shown here.
