Google Data Studio shows an error message due to a lack of permissions
The Porter connectors for Facebook don't bring all the Facebook or Instagram pages or the ad accounts you're looking for.
You have already connected to Porter but you have new Facebook Ads accounts or pages that you want to connect, too.
Google Data Studio shows a message of "Authorization required."
Google Data Studio shows that you have lost access to this connector and account.
Chances are that you need to refresh the authorization Porter and Google Data Studio request to access your Facebook data.
The process is simple.
Log in to Facebook and click on the settings in the top right corner.
Now go to Settings and Privacy and choose settings.
Then go to Business Integrations:
Check the Porter connectors whose permissions you want to refresh.
Now, confirm the removal. Don't worry about checking if you want to eliminate posts (you can't post with our connectors anyway).
Once removed, it is time to go back to Google Data Studio (or portermetrics.com) to re-connect your applications.
