In this guide, we'll solve the FAQs about paying a Porter license.

I recently bought a Porter license, but my reports are still not working.

Be aware that payments may take a few minutes to process (and confirm).

First, make sure the Gmail account you used to pay is the same one you used to sign up for Google Data Studio.

You can do that, by going to your report (the one that isn't working).

First, go to Google Data Studio and then go to the report that shows the error.

Click on the Share button to find out who has access to the report.

When you go to Manage Access, you can see the accounts linked to your report.

Check which emails belong to the owner and which ones have editing access.

If you pay with a different email than the one you used to create the report, It's a good idea to include it in your company.

We highly recommend, adding all the emails with access to edit to your company, if there is any chance that they add a data source too.

You should double-check that the email address you used to create the report relates to your company.

Go to your Porter account.

Click on the 👤 emoji on the left-down corner.

Click on Users.

Can I turn off auto-renewal?

Yes, by default, your plans will be set up to automatically renew each payment cycle.

However, you can switch to manual to control your billing.

Can I have a refund?

We don't accept refunds very often as we offer a 14-day free trial of our service.

However, we acknowledge that important service downtime, misdirected payments, or simply a bad experience may prevent you from recurring.

We'll always consider circumstances where a refund is justified.
